Our Missions Ministry

The Mission Ministry of Warrenton Christian Church exists to further the Kingdom of God to the “ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8) by prayerfully and financially supporting ministries outside of WCC with 10% of the church’s tithes and offerings specifically to missions each week. Below are the missions we currently financially support every week with our church’s tithe, both home and afar.

ACM International/ Carl & Ronalyn Stevens/Philippines Carl is heading up the aviation program that will serve Philippine Mission Churches of Christ based out of Aparri, Cagayan in Northern Luzon. This ministry serves to transport evangelistic teams to the east coast of Luzon where people are generally unreached with God’s word and also are in need of medical attention. “My family and I are missionaries who have been privileged to travel a lot. When it comes to photography I guess I am mostly an amateur and as such I could use some encouragement from time to time. I would love to hear from you, you can email me at fixRfly@aol.com Anyone interested in helping to support the mission outreach can send tax deductible contributions to “The Stevens Account, 2914 Eli Ave, Imperial, MO 63052”

MISSION: Central Christian College of the Bible exists to develop servant-leaders for the church. As a traditional undergraduate Bible college, Central equips men and women for leadership in the Kingdom of God both nationally and internationally. Central seeks spiritually-minded students who actively participate in their local congregations, have the intellectual ability to study at the college level, and desire to become equipped with the knowledge, attitudes, and skills for vocational church leadership and volunteer positions. Central provides degrees and certificates that equip students with a Bible-centered higher educational foundation within the context of a Christian worldview and help students become productive, contributing members of their communities. Affiliated with the Restoration Movement, Central seeks to graduate faithful servant-leaders distinguished by authentic Christian character, who have the ability to communicate the Gospel effectively and become disciple-makers worldwide. This mission obeys the Biblical mandates of 2 Timothy 2:2, Pass on what you heard from me to reliable leaders who are competent to teach others [The Message] and Matthew 28:19,  Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations.  CrossPower
CrossPower Agape is a non-denominational mercy ministry to the  least of these  in Kenya and beyond. Our purpose is two-fold: 1. We seek to incarnate Christ by bringing relief to as many needy orphaned children as possible. Identified orphans are brought under the full care of the ministry where they are lovingly nurtured physically and spiritually and are helped to become responsible and productive members of society. 2. We seek to incarnate Christ by bringing relief to as many very poor and sick people as possible who cannot afford treatment by helping them access health care (free tests, treatment and health education). Kenya, like many poor countries of the world, has no State-Assisted Medical Programs.

The ultimate mission of OZARK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE is to glorify God by seeking the evangelization of the lost and the edification of Christians worldwide. The immediate mission of OZARK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE is to train men and women for Christian service as a degree-granting institution of biblical higher education. Emphasis is given to vocational preparation for preaching ministers, missionaries, Christian educators, ministers of music, youth ministers, day-care directors and ministers to the deaf. Biblical and practical training is also provided for those who will serve in the church in non-vocational roles such as elders, deacons, Bible school teachers, and youth sponsors. OZARK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE seeks to glorify God by doing His will. God’s truth we must “entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also” (2 Timothy 2:2). We are involved in declaring the wisdom of God (Ephesians 3:7-12). We share in the work of equipping “the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ … speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him, who is the head, even Christ” (Ephesians 4:12,13,15). We accomplish this purpose of God stated by Paul- “God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. And we proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, that we may present every man complete in Christ. And for this purpose also I labor, striving according to His power, which mightily works within me” (Colossians 1:27-29). “The goal of our instruction is love from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith” (I Timothy 1:5).

 Expansion
The goals for the missions network are: 1. create communication channels for the efficient and effective use of audio and video communication between missionaries & ministries and their supporters. 2. develop a network where people can discover information about missionaries and ministries they may not know and subsequently develop a relationship with them. 3. employ web based Internet and podcasting technology familiar to younger individuals thereby providing greater opportunities for them to encounter the stories of missionaries, develop an appreciation for the work of world missions and hopefully become motivated for future interest as a missionary or supporter. 4. include significant content enabling professors of Intercultural Studies to include the missions network in their syllabus as a resource for educational development. 5. develop a knowledge base of information that will serve forwarding agents, missionaries, congregations and individuals in their various roles in the work of world evangelism. 6. provide a forum where missionaries and ministries might be able to advertise their needs for additional personnel to a network broader than one of their own supporters and communication network. 7. build sufficient distribution channels to provide the opportunities for the video and audio communication to reach beyond “the Restoration Movement” into the church at large. 8. do this without charge to any missionary, ministry, congregation or individual…funding will be provided strictly from the gifts of support received by Mission Services.
